I'm actually reviewing their Alaskan Airlines card, but since the issue was their customer service it applies to all of their cards. I had a card with them for like 2 years. I switched banks and didn't take my old account off. I paid online with my new account and they decided to use my old account, which I was trying to close . The first time they did it, I had the money in the account. Due to that, when they did it the next month, I only had like 10 dollars in the account. Of course, that didn't cover what I was paying. Due to their error, my bank charged me 50 dollars, they cahred me like 50 dollars and when I called them to straighten it out, they were rude, said it was my fault and after two years of always paying on time they jacked my rate up from 9.9% to 26% over their error. I paid off the card and canceled it and won't use Bank of America ever again.
