I applied for this card for my brother. It said he was pre-approved. I filled out application online and before we knew it, it said \"You are approved for $5000.00\" His credit score was 650 @ the time. Not sure if they pulled the experian one or not. I told my brother it was kind of hard to get a BOA Credit Card. Anyone know anything about BOA?
